			We had been boarding our precious dogs at Highland, and then were so distressed when they were unavilable for a period of time a few years back. We did find one faciity that was satisfactory but then that deteriorated badly. We visited so many kennels and were desperate when we learned that Highland was again open for boarding. 			Very nice kennel. We're surrounded by kennels in Middletown but still drive the extra miles to Highland Kennel. You can tell they care about the dogs they board and in our case, with two large dogs (one qualifies as a moose — 130 lbs. of American Boxer), we are extra careful choosing a place that will be attentive to their needs.
